Ingredients

  • (2 Servings)
  • 454 g of Pre-cooked Shrimps
1 Avocado
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Cucumber
  • 1 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup of Red Onion
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Parley
  • 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Chop the avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and parsley.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Serve cold.
